Overnight: Partly cloudy to clear. Lows around 20. Winds northwest 20-25 knots with higher gusts. Seas 2-4 feet, higher more open areas. Visibility 5 miles or more.

Tuesday: Mostly sunny. Highs 25-30. Winds northwest 18-23 knots with higher gusts. Seas 2-4 feet, higher more open areas. Visibility 5 miles or more.

Tuesday night: Clear to partly cloudy. Lows 15-20. Winds becoming light and variable through the evening, then becoming northeast late at night. Seas subsiding to 1-2 feet. Visibility 5 miles or more.

Wednesday: Partly to mostly cloudy with snow developing in the morning and becoming heavier through the afternoon. Highs 25-30. Winds northeast increasing to 17-22 knots. Seas building to 2-4 feet, higher more open areas in the afternoon. Visibility lowering to less than 1 mile in snow.

Thursday: Mostly cloudy, occasional flurries or snow showers. Highs in the low 30s. Winds west-southwest 22-27 knots with higher gusts. Seas above normal.

Friday: Partly to mostly sunny. Highs in the low and mid 20s. Winds northwest 23-28 knots with higher gusts. Seas above normal.
