Habitat Post & Beam designs and manufactures custom homes, additions, and commercial/specialty structures. We can work with your personal design concept, your architect’s design, or a plan from our extensive library. There is no extra charge for our design services. We will customize plans to create any style home you desire.

We provide engineer-stamped blueprints as well as the materials for a complete weather-tight exterior shell. We use high-quality materials such as pre-cut #1 grade Douglas fir beams, and premium Andersen® windows. These materials create a low maintenance, energy-efficient home with bright and open spaces.

Typically, you or your general contractor will assemble the package, and finish the home. There may be a crew available who can travel to your site and erect the shell.
