Harbour Lights Decorative Lighted Nautical Charts designs, produces, and sells framed acrylic-protected NOAA nautical charts for decorative purposes. All lighted navigational aids (buoys and lighthouses) are represented by 3mm LEDs (light emitting diodes), which flash on and off in the correct color and time period.

Each framed and lighted chart is carefully handcrafted by Carl Welshman to the customer's specifications and has its own unique serial number. Only the highest quality materials are used: museum grade, non-glare, acrylic for protecting the chart and finely finished, mahogany wood for the framing. A dependable, computer programmed microprocessor drives the correct light patterns to the red, green, white or yellow LEDs used at each Coast Guard approved lit navigational aid (lights, lighted buoys and lighthouses). Each chart comes with an on/off switch; power cord; surge protector; hanging hardware and a detailed data sheet describing each light.
