In Person: About the Maine Boats, Homes & Harbors Show

If you love the coast of Maine, you won't want to miss our annual boat and home show. Held annually during the second weekend in August on the waterfront in Rockland, Maine, this has become one of the premier events of the summer in midcoast Maine. Gathered together in one spectacular location by the sea are many of Maine's finest artists, architects, boatbuilders, furniture makers, craftsmen, designers, marine gear vendors, and musicians—it’s Maine Boats, Homes & Harbors magazine brought to life. In addition to sailboats, powerboats, lobsterboats, and yachts of all kinds, in the water and on land, there's a model yacht pond, live music, a children's area, exhibits, fine food, and the running of the zany World Championship Boatyard Dog® Trials on Sunday morning. (Sorry, no dogs or pets are allowed on show grounds except pre-selected trials contestants. Please leave your pet(s) at home.)
